H2H: Reclaimed Denim Collection
Hand To Hand: The Reclaimed Denim Collection Fast fashion is creating an enormous amount of waste for our planet and exploiting workers. In order to help steer us away from this I practice slow fashion by designing bags from reclaimed denim. I make one of a kind zipper pouches out of what I find, including thrifted lining fabrics and notions. After cutting down the denim I up-cycle it by painting and block printing with fabric paints. Now the life of this fabric has been extended instead of heading to a landfill.
